Associate an myAvatar treatment program with an OrderConnect agency.

Avatar CWS > OrderConnect > OrderConnect Facility/Agency Definition

The following fields populate from OrderConnect.

  1. In the OrderConnect Facility ID field, enter the ID. The number must be at least six characters long.
  2. In the OrderConnect Facility Code field, enter the code.
  3. In the Suppress Review Results Notifications for results received from OrderConnect field, select whether or not to suppress the notifications.
  4. Once finished, click Submit.
