Record objectives in the client treatment plan
Record each of the desired steps toward achieving a goal associated with the selected problem.

Go to: Avatar CWS > Treatment Planning > Client Treatment Plan > Objectives Section - In the Select Problem Link field, choose the treatment plan problem.
- If appropriate, in the Select Goal field, select the goal.
- In the Select Objective To Edit field, select the objective.
- If appropriate, in the Select Library field, select the treatment plan library.
- Enter new goals manually or select them from a library:
- Choose Select From Library.
- In the TX Plan Selections screen, select the goal and then Ok.
- In the Date Opened field, enter the objective opened date
- In the Status field, select the objective status.
- If appropriate, enter the objective due date.
- If appropriate, enter the objective closed date.
- In the Staff Assigning field, enter the staff name of the person who identified the problem, and select Process Search.
- Select Ok.
- If appropriate, in the Staff Responsible field of the person responsible for tracking the problem, and select Process Search.
- Select Ok.
Note: The Predefined field displays Yes when the objective was selected from a library; it displays No for all other objectives. - Select Delete to remove the displayed treatment plan item.
