Immunizations Due

Generate a report that lists all active clients who have immunizations due, or past due.

  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Other Chart Entry
  2. In the Select Individual Or All Immunizations field:
    • Select All to display all client immunizations due.
    • Select Individual to choose an immunization.
  3. In the Due in Next X Days field, enter the number of days the immunization is due.
  4. Click Process.
