Introduction to Web Services for myAvatar
This course is for programmers and system administrators with extensive programming knowledge who seek to implement custom solutions to interact with myAvatar.
In this course you will learn how to use and implement standard web services published by myAvatar. You also will learn how to build applications to use these web services to perform external data validation and data entry to eliminate dual entry in two or more applications.

Course prerequisites
- Basic understanding of myAvatar - Familiarity with myAvatar is essential.
- Foundational web technologies - A basic understanding of web technologies, including concepts such as HTTP, URLs, and general web architecture, will be beneficial.
- Basic programming knowledge - Having a basic understanding of programming concepts and syntax, especially in languages commonly used in web services can be advantageous - including myAvatar RADplus Modeling and developer coding language.
- Database fundamentals - A basic understanding of databases and data management concepts will be helpful for understanding data exchange processes within web services.
- General IT proficiency - Participants should have general IT skills, including file management, using web browsers, and familiarity with common software applications.
- System configuration skills - Participants should be comfortable with system configurations and settings as the course involves configuring myAvatar for web services.
