Roll-Up Billing Enhancements for Add-On Services

What are we doing?

Introducing the ability to have an add-on service created with a roll-up service when a worklist is posted. 

Why are we doing it?

To allow for Roll-Up Billing to create an add-on service with a roll-up service when created so that a roll-up service does not need to be edited to add the add-on service after a worklist was posted. 

How are we doing it?

Will be introducing new features to handle various scenarios where an add-on service would be needed with a roll-up service.
