Suspend Appointments by Action

What are we doing?
myAvatar will be enhanced to enable suspension of appointments based on whether the client is expected to arrive due to an order or due to placing the client on leave.
Why are we doing it?
To provide better awareness, accuracy, and management of clients with suspended appointments.
How are we doing it?
The Order Entry Order Type dictionary and the Leaves dictionary "Type of Leave From" will be enhanced to trigger an appointment status change while the order or leave are active. This will be applied via a user-defined appointment status to use as a suspended status.
