What are we doing?

We are making enhancements to roll-up billing in myAvatar PM to accommodate various billing scenarios.

Why are we doing it?

As billing requirements change, myAvatar has to be enhanced to allow users to bill successfully. For example, agencies have to bill the roll-up service and component services on a claim for FQHC billing. The enhancements to roll-up billing will accommodate this workflow.

How are we doing it?

  • Adding the ability to bill component and roll-up services on one claim via a setting.
  • Adding the ability to define whether to write-off or transfer roll-up component services.
