Referral Source Maintenance Enhancements

What are we doing?

The myAvatar Referral Source Maintenance form will be enhanced to enable many-to-many relationships of referent (referral source) to organization (agency).

Why are we doing it?

To improve organization, searching, and reporting on referents, organizations, and specialties for referrals.

How are we doing it?

The Referral Source Maintenance form will be enhanced to enable searching of existing referents and agencies. The referents and agencies will each be stored in separate new database tables to effectively enable a many-to-many relationship between stored referent names and agencies. The data pulled from a stored referent or agency may be edited on an individual Referral Source without overwriting the stored data. A maintenance process will be included to allow for edits to the individual referent and/or agency definitions.
