Real Time Eligibility Integration with RevConnect

What are we doing?

Supporting a real time eligibility integration with Netsmart's RevConnect Clearinghouse. 

Why are we doing it?

To enhance the myAvatar eligibility processes. This integration will allow an end user to get a real time response and view an eligibility determination.

How are we doing it?

Developing an integration with Netsmart's RevConnect Clearinghouse through the CareFabric. In myAvatar end users will be able to access a Real Time Eligibility Inquiry form, search for a client, select a guarantor, and process a request. The real time integration will respond within a few seconds as to whether the individual is eligible or not for the selected guarantor. The myAvatar tables will be updated to store additional loops*segments in an inbound eligibility response. A new product report will also be developed to allow end users to review historical eligibility responses.
