Group Note Console

What are we doing?

A myAvatar NX enhancement to provide a console for efficient group documentation. The console will walk through the steps of group documentation, from the default note that initially applies to all attendees to recording staff members engaged; documenting attendance and services and any individualized notes needed; and finally reviewing and submitting the notes. 

Why are we doing it?

To provide an easier and faster means of group documentation that will allow a clinician to complete the required notes quickly so they can spend as much face-to-face time with their clients as possible. 

How are we doing it?

Creation of a myAvatar NX console view that presents the required components of a group progress note in an extremely intuitive and usable manner.
