Flowsheet Backward Compatibility

What are we doing?

Providing a visual indication for clinicians who perform assessment documentation so they know when Flowsheet assessment content is modified by an administrator within the Flowsheet Administrative Tool. 

Why are we doing it?

Tracking changes within the Flowsheet Administrative Tool and displaying those changes within the Flowsheet console lets everyone understand who made changes and when those changes were made. 

How are we doing it?

Popover message and/or visual indicator will display for assessment content within the Flowsheet console depending on what (assessment, field, option) was modified and how (added, changed, removed) the content was modified.
