What are we doing?

We are displaying the chart item submission information (staff member, time, and day) on the NX Console Widget Viewer.

Why are we doing it?

In myAvatar chart view, the submission information (including the date, time, user, and staff member credentials) displays above each record. This information is very useful, particularly in utilization or supervisory review and for auditing purposes. The ability to easily view the submission information related to a record via the NX Console Widget Viewer is valuable for accessing the information in myAvatar NX.

How are we doing it?

A header row will be added between the document tab and the chart document information in the NX Console Widget Viewer to display the date, time, and user/staff that submitted the form. This row will display the same information that is currently available in the myAvatar chart view.
