Assessments and Screenings (MedNote)

What are we doing?

Adding a new component in the Medical Note Facesheet called Assessments and Screenings. The PQH9 will be the first assessment that can be utilized within this new component. 

Why are we doing it?

While the first phase is supporting the PHQ9, this functionality is intended to present completed assessments to providers. It offers insights and trends for assessments like PHQ-9, CSSRS, COWS, and AIMs, aiding clinical decision-making and care coordination. Providers can easily add new assessments without leaving their workflow. Numeric results are shown with trending graphs, and detailed insights include individual question responses. A flowsheet tracks responses across multiple instances over time.

How are we doing it?

By allowing organizations to configure what assessments should be added to the medical note workflow.
