Appointment Text Reminder Support

What are we doing?
We are introducing a way for clients to opt into a text service to remind them about upcoming appointments. Users will be able to confirm or cancel the appointment via reply to the text message, or stop future messages altogether.
Why are we doing it?
To remind clients about upcoming appointments.
How are we doing it?
A registry setting will be added that enables appointment reminders via text messaging. Reminders may be sent to clients via SMS Text Messaging with the ability to confirm the appointment by replying OK or cancel by replying CANCEL. In addition, the client may opt-out of appointment reminders by replying STOP.
Enabling the functionality will add the form ‘Appointment Text Reminder Setup’ to define the message that will be sent, and the field ‘Client Consents to Appointment Reminders via Text’ will become visible on the Admission, Admission Outpatient, Pre-Admit, and Update Client Data forms.
