Additional Appointment Participants

What are we doing?
We are creating the ability to add additional participants to myAvatar telehealth appointments.
Why are we doing it?
myAvatar telehealth users need the ability to record additional participants for an appointment that should receive a telehealth invite. To support recording additional participants, users must be able to record the name and telephone number of each additional participant.
How are we doing it?
A new section on Appointment Details labeled Additional Telehealth Participants will be added.
- The Additional Telehealth Participants section columns will be enabled when either the Service Code or Location are configured for telehealth.
- The section will capture a free-text name, phone number, and email address. This information may be leveraged by Netsmart Telehealth to send telehealth invites to the listed additional users.
In addition, a web service will be required as well as CareFabric updates to support the ability to pass the configured participants to Netsmart Telehealth.
If the appointment is filed as a recurring event (series), the participants will be carried through to future occurrences of the series.
