Add Signature (binary) to CareFabric Assessment Mapping

What are we doing?

myAvatar will be enhanced to support receipt of signature binary files from CareFabric.

Why are we doing it?

To receive digitized signature binary files from myHealthPointe for assessments that include signature blocks. 

How are we doing it?

The CareFabric Assessment Mapping form will include the option to map a Signature file as a component of an assessment. When a signature column from the myAvatar assessment is mapped to the CareFabric signature binary segment, a received signature image (binary) and associated metadata from myHealthPointe will be stored to the appropriate binary table as defined for the form via Table Definition.
