Include the 'Patient Remaining Liability (2320-AMT)' on the 837 submission file version 5010 only.

'Y' adds the field Select Type Of Information To Include In Patient Remaining Liability to the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Professional, 837 Institutional and 837 Dental sections).

'N' removes this field from the sections.
