Enable Subscriber Policy Number Override - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the Subscriber Policy Number Override field in the Financial Eligibility, Cross Episode Financial Eligibility, and Family Financial Eligibility forms (Guarantor Selection section).

The value specified in this field can be used to override the Subscriber Primary Identifier (2010BA-NM1-09) and Patient Primary Identifier (2010CA-NM1-09) on the 837 Professional, Institutional and Dental bills. The system will determine the override based on the value selected in the 'Include Subsriber Policy Number Override In:' field on the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Professional, 837 Institutional and 837 Dental tabs).

 This should not be confused with the 'Add Policy Number Override' registry setting which adds a separate section to the aforementioned Financial Eligibility forms and allows the policy numbers to be entered for date ranges in a multiple iteration table.
