Enable Electronic UB-92 Billing - Registry Setting

'Y' provides the following:

• The Electronic UB-92 section displays in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form.

• The UB-92 Version 5 Format, and UB-92 Version 6 Format selections display in the Billing Form field (Electronic Billing form).

• The Responsibility Indicator (Electronic HCFA-1500 Only), Accident Hour (Electronic HCFA-1500 Only), Disability Type (Electronic HCFA-1500 Only), and External Cause Of Accident (Electronic HCFA-1500 Only) fields display in the HCFA-1500/837P Maintenance Screen form.

• The following SQL tables display in the User Role Definition, and the User Definition form (Forms and Tables section):

  • SYSTEM.billing_elec__error_file
  • SYSTEM.billing_ub92v6_elec_record
  • SYSTEM.billing_ub92v6_elec_report
  • SYSTEM.billing_ub92v6_elec_error

• All elec_ub92 fields display in the SYSTEM.table_facility provider_numbers SQL table.

This registry setting affects all system codes.

'N' disables the above functionality.
