'Y' enables the Duplicate Service Modifiers field in the Modifiers By Practitioner Category form.

  • This field defines modifier values for duplicate services rendered on the same day.

This field specifies the modifier for services rendered by the same practitioner, and those rendered by different practitioners.

Enter modifiers in this format: modifier1,modifier2.

If a duplicate service is found, the appropriate duplicate modifier will be appended to the other

modifiers.

'N' disables the above field, and the above modifiers during billing.
