'Y' enables the fields below in the following forms:

• Admission
• Admission (OutPatient)
• Pre Admit
• Discharge
• Pre Admit Discharge forms (Demographics section)
• Update Client Data

The Enable 834 Transaction Set, the Enable 820 Transaction Set, or the Enable 270/271 Transaction Sets registry setting must be set to 'Y'.
