If your agency uses an agency-defined Failed Distribution Guarantor in lieu of the Netsmart Default Guarantor (99999), enter the guarantor code in this registry setting.

When the registry setting 'Enable Tracking of Services Falling to the Netsmart Default Guarantor (99999) or the registry setting Agency-Defined Failed Distribution Guarantor' is set to 'Y' and an agency-defined Failed Distribution Guarantor is defined, the system will log services that fall to the agency-defined Failed Distribution Guarantor to the SYSTEM.billing_tx_dist_fail_reason table for reporting purposes.
