Define the display of the Age field in the following forms:

Admission, Admission (OutPatient), Family Registration, Pre Admit, and Call Intake.

'1' the age field displays age in years.

'2' a more detailed age field displays. The display of age in years is disabled.

The detailed age field displays age for clients over three years old in months and years, and for clients under three in days, months and years.
