ADAMH Bill for Gaps - Registry Setting

ADAMH allows billing for gaps in services for residential client episodes for observational services.

 The registry setting Include Start - End Times (Client Charge Input) must be set to 'Y' in order to enable this registry setting.

'Y' enables a daily process to the System Task Schedule that runs in the background to fill in gaps of service for inpatient services.

The following fields are added to the Program Maintenance and Single Program Maintenance forms to be used as defaults for the generated services:

  • Fill gaps in service entry record for duration of service?
  • Service Code to use to fill gaps
  • Service Practitioner  to use to fill gaps

'N' disables this process and removes the fields from the forms.
