Print Current Allergies on Notifications - Registry Setting

Avatar Order Entry > Facility Defaults > Client Profile > Order Notifications

Define whether descriptions of a client's current allergies print on order notifications.

'Y' prints allergy descriptions.

'N' does not print allergy descriptions.

Allergies with a status that indicates 'Include in Clinical Screening' = 'No' will not be included on order notifications.

If an order notification is reprinted, the allergies printed will be those that are current for the client, and not necessarily the allergies on file at the time the order was originally filed.
