Avatar Order Entry > Facility Defaults > Order Notifications

Define whether clinical screening alerts and override information should be included on Order Notifications generated automatically by the Client Profile / Physicians Orders form or viewed and printed using the Order Entry Notifications form.  

'Y' includes clinical screening and override information.

'N' excludes clinical screening and override information.
