'Y' enables information to populate from the previous service in the claim, when a row is created in the Claim Service Detail History table (Service Detail Section) of the following forms:

Claim Processing (CMS 1500)', 'Claim Processing with Override (CMS 1500)', 'Claim Processing (UB92)', 'Claim Processing with Override (UB92)'

When 'Y' is entered in each of the registry settings below the associated information populates.

  • Authorization Number

  • Contracting Provider Program

  • Date Of Service

  • Does This Service Represent An Admission

  • Duration (Minutes)

  • Level Of Care

  • Performing Provider

  • Performing Provider Type

  • Procedure Code

  • Total Charge

'N' does not populate the associated fields when a row is created in the Claim Service Detail History table.
