'Y' enables templates to be created, assigned and customized in the 'Funding Source/Contracting Provider Reporting Defaults' form.

The following sections are enabled:

  • Report  Display and print the funding source and contracting provider combinations associated with a template.

  • Template Maintenance

  • Activate, inactivate, and copy a template, as well as create templates from funding source and contracting provider combinations.

Once this registry setting is defined it cannot be changed.
