'Y' enables the Default Retro Claim Adjudication Adjustment Code For  Fee Change field in the Set System Defaults form.

 This functionality will not adjudicate or file Retro Claim Adjudication for services prior to the Effective Date when filing Provider Fee Definition.

'N' disables the above field.
