Enable Secure Fast Service Entry - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the following in the Fast Service Entry form:

  • Member and service authorization lookup fields in the Fast Service Entry Summary Section.

  • Member and authorization number fields will be disabled in the Fast Service Detail Section.

  • The Member, Funding Source, Authorization Number, Contracting Provider, and Level of Care fields in the Fast Service Details Section will populate from the selected authorization.

 For an authorization to be available in the 'Secure' version of the Fast Service Entry form, the provider associated with that authorization must be associated with a PM program via the Contracting Provider/Program Mapping form (for any systems with multiple system codes, each system code will need to be configured where appropriate). The program must also be selected on the PM side in the Associated Programs field located in the System Code Definition form. This allows you to tailor access to the ability to enter services based on the system code.
