Enable HIPAA Version 5010 - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the HIPAA Transaction Version field, in the Applying Contracting Provider form.

This field allows you to choose either Version 4010 or Version 5010 of the 835 outbound file. If the provider is sending in 837 files, you will need to select Version 5010.

'N' disables this field and the associated functionality.
