'Y' enables the following:

  • The Type Of Service field in the CPT Code Definition and Revenue Code Definition forms.

  • The Number In Group field in the Fast Service Entry, Claim Processing (CMS 1500) and Claim Processing (UB-4) forms. This field will be required when Group is selected in the CPT Code field.

'N' disables these fields.
