'1' enables the 'Manually Entered Service Code', and 'Manually Entered Service Description' and 'Service Comments' fields in the 'Claim Processing (HCFA 1500)', 'Claim Processing with Override (HCFA 1500)', 'Claim Processing (UB92)', 'Claim Processing with Override (UB92)', and 'Fast Service Entry' forms.

'2' enables the 'Claim Note Reference Code', and 'Claim Note Text' fields in the 'Claim Processing (HCFA 1500)', 'Claim Processing with Override (HCFA 1500)', 'Claim Processing (UB92)', and 'Claim Processing with Override (UB92)' forms.

It also enables the 'Line Note Reference Code', and 'Line Note Text' fields in the 'Claim Processing (HCFA 1500)', and 'Claim Processing with Override (HCFA 1500)' forms.

The 'Claim Note Reference Code' and 'Claim Note Text' fields will populate the Claim Note (2300 NTE), the 'Line Note Reference Code', and 'Line Note Text' fields will populate the Line Note (2400 NTE), on the outbound 837 file.

'3' enables the 'National Drug Code (837 2410 LIN 03)', 'Quantity (837 2410 CPT 04)', 'Units (837 2410 CPT 05)', 'Drug Reference Identification Qualifier (837 2410 REF 01)', and 'Drug Reference Identifier (837 2410 REF 02)' fields in the 'Claim Processing (HCFA 1500)', 'Claim Processing with Override (HCFA 1500)', 'Claim Processing (UB92)', and 'Claim Processing with Override (UB92)' forms. These fields will populate the Drug Identification (2410) loop on the outbound 837 file.

Separate multiple entries with '&'.

'0' disables the above fields. '0' must be entered alone or not at all.
