Control the display of additional demographic fields in the Member Enrollment form (Member Demographics Section).

'1' Ethnicity

'2' Race

'3' Marital Status

Separate multiple entries with '&'

A blank entry disables all of the fields above.

Avatar PM, or Avatar Cal-PM must be the parent system.
