Add Patient Account Number Option - Registry Setting

Avatar HL7 > HL7 Inbound ADT

'Y' adds the Patient Account Number Maintenance form to the product. This form can be used to file a patient account number for a client that was admitted into the system from myAvatar PM and not the HL-7 inbound ADT interface.

'N' removes the form from the menu.
