'Y' enables the Claim Follow-Up form and enables the 835 logic to file denials.

Additionally, 'Y' enables the Denial Reason Category field on the Guarantors/Payors form.
In this field, select the insurance-based denial reason category for a particular guarantor. This field is used to filter the Insurance Based Denial Reason dictionary in the Claim Follow-Up form for a particular guarantor. The system compares the value specified in this field with the Denial Reason Category extended dictionary off of Insurance Based Denial Reason to determine dictionary values to load. It will only load values for which there is a match.

'N' removes the form from the menu and disables the 835 logic.
