Annual Update Number - Registry Setting

'D' adds the Annual Update Number field to the Cal-OMS Annual Update form and displays the previously submitted Annual Update Number in the field. The field will be disabled and can be viewed only by the user. If no previous Annual Update record was sent for the client, the field will remain blank.

'E' also adds the Annual Update Number field to the Cal-OMS Annual Update form, but the field will become enabled and the user can enter any integer value for the Annual Update Number. The field will initially display the previously submitted Annual Update Number in the field. If the user overrides the value, whatever is entered here will appear in the next Cal-OMS Submission Annual Update record for the client. If no value is entered, or if a previous entry is blanked out, the standard logic of determining the Annual Update Number will be applied in the next Cal-OMS Submission for an Annual Update record for the client. Going forward, the standard logic will apply and the Cal-OMS Submission will increment the number for future submissions automatically.

'N' removes the field from the form.
