This registry setting controls what fields from a progress note display in the Original and Appended Notes field of the Review/Co-Sign Notes and Append Progress Notes forms.

'Y' displays all fields of a progress note (like notes are displayed on the client chart).

'N' displays only the Notes field of a progress note.
