Setup Workflow Progress Notes - Registry Setting

Selecting 'Y' adds logic in the Set System Defaults form for selecting the progress note form to use when resolving service To Do items based on the program and service code. This will allow site specific progress note forms to be set up to resolve service To Do items when launched from the Homeview or Chart Review.
If 'Y' is selected, a new page will be added to the Workflow Setup section for selecting a progress note form to resolve service To Do items based on the program. Also, the new field Progress Note Form will be added to the Workflow Service Setup section to select a progress note form to resolve To Do items based on the service code.
Selecting 'N' removes this functionality.
Note: This progress note setup will not have any affect when resolving To Do items until the registry setting Enable Workflow Progress Note Setup is set to 'Y'. This is so the setup can be done beforehand to avoid situations where To Do items cannot yet be resolved because there is no progress note form setup for the service code or program.
Once this registry setting is set to 'Y', then when resolving a service To Do item, the progress note form launched will be the progress note specified for the service code, if one exists. If not, the progress note specified for the program will be launched. If there is no progress note specified for the service code or program, an error will be given.
