Enable Self-Pay Balance Warning - Registry Setting

This registry setting enables a warning message to appear when scheduling an appointment for a client who has a self pay balance, prompting you to indicate the client’s willingness to pay. The response will be appended to the appointment notes upon filing.
Enter '1' to enable the Client Willing To Pay At Front Desk field in the Clinic Scheduling form and display a message indicating the client’s self-pay balance. Clicking Yes or No in the message populates the data in the Client Willing To Pay At Front Desk field. The data is added to the Appointment Notes field when the form is filed.
Enter '2' to enable and require the Client Willing To Pay At Front Desk field based on the balance, instead of launching a pop-up message.
Enter '0' to disable the Self-Pay Balance Warning functionality.
Note: This functionality only applies to client appointments.
A minimum balance amount for this warning to display can be set via the Minimum Self-Pay Balance to Show Self-Pay Balance Warning registry setting.
