'Y' adds:

  • The Room Definition form to the menu. This allows you to define rooms to represent physical locations within an office or clinic.
  • The search field Room to the following Scheduling Calendar forms:
    • Appointment Details
    • Find Existing Appointments

This field allows you to associate a specific room with an appointment.
 The Room filter on the main Scheduling Calendar form may require a Middleware update. Please contact your Netsmart representative.

'N' disables this functionality.
