Select Segments To Suppress (P) - Dictionary Value

Select Segments To Suppress is set up in the Dictionary Update form (Other Tabled Files - data element 13150).

The following values must match between the program of service and the fields in Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults for the suppression to occur:

  • Program Description = Billing Provider Name (2010AA-NM1-03) 
  • Program Street Address = Billing Provider Address 1 (2010AA-N3-01) 
  • Program City, State Zip = Billing Provider City (2010AA-N4-01), Billing Provider State (2010AA-N4-02), Billing Provider Zip Code (2010AA-N4-03)
