Status (Problem List) - Dictionary Value

Status is set up in the Dictionary Update form (CWS file - data element 16214) of myAvatar CWS.

 For each copy of the Treatment Plan form, this number increases by 1. For example, the first copy would be 16214.1, the second 16214.2, etc.

This dictionary has extended data elements

  • 16224 - Active Status
    Indicates whether the problem is truly active or inactive regardless of the naming conventions that may be used. Since problems cannot be deleted from the Problem List, the selection Void may be used as a status for those problems which no longer apply.
     Voided problems will no longer appear on the problem list, but do remain in the table cw_problem_list. To see voided, problems you must write a Crystal Report.

  • 80410 - SNOMED Code - Status
    Select the code status: Active, Inactive, or Resolved.
