Status (Allergy) - Dictionary Value

Status is set up in the Dictionary Update form (CWS file - data element 10001).

This dictionary has extended data elements

  • 10007 - Include In Clinical Screening
    Select Yes to include the allergy in clinical screening.

  • 10038 - Active Allergy
    Select Yes if the allergy is active.
     There must be at least one value defined as Inactive (set to No) in order to enable Clinical Reconciliation.

  • 80410 - SNOMED Code - Status
    Select the code status: Active, Inactive, or Resolved.
     There must be at least one value defined as Active in order to view allergies within Clinical Reconciliation.
