Quick User Update
Manage users without having to open the User Definition form.
- The user in the Quick User Update form needs to have a User Security Level that is equal to or higher than the user they are attempting to modify. Level 1 is the lowest.
- The User Security Level can be edited in User Definition or User Role Definition.
- Go to: RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Maintenance > Quick User Update.
- In the User ID field, enter the user ID, or in the Select User field, enter the user ID to search for and select the user.
- If appropriate, click Generate New Password to generate a new user password.
- If appropriate, select Deactivate User to deactivate the user.
- Deactivated users cannot access myAvatar.
- If a deactivated user needs to be reactivated, contact a system administrator.
- Click Submit.
Note: The new password must be entered the next time the user logs in to myAvatar .
