Quick User Update

Manage users without having to open the User Definition form.

  • The user in the Quick User Update form needs to have a User Security Level that is equal to or higher than the user they are attempting to modify.  Level 1 is the lowest.
  • The User Security Level can be edited in User Definition or User Role Definition.
  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Maintenance > Quick User Update.
  2. In the User ID field, enter the user ID, or in the Select User field, enter the user ID to search for and select the user.
  3. If appropriate, click Generate New Password to generate a new user password.
  4. If appropriate, select Deactivate User to deactivate the user.
    • Deactivated users cannot access myAvatar.
    • If a deactivated user needs to be reactivated, contact a system administrator.
  5. Click Submit.

Note: The new password must be entered the next time the user logs in to myAvatar .
