Change User ID

Use this form to change a user ID.  

  • User IDs cannot be changed in the User Definition form.
  • User IDs cannot contain spaces.
  • User IDs can contain numbers, letters, and periods.
  • User IDs are not case sensitive and you cannot change the case of a User ID already in use.
  1. Go to RADplus Utilities > System Security > User Maintenance > Change User ID.
  2. In the User field, select the user ID.
    • The old user ID populates in the Old User ID field.
  3. In the New User ID field, enter the new user ID.
  4. Click Submit.

This may take several minutes to process if the user has a large amount of data in the system.
