Define Standing Tasks

Standing tasks are those individual tasks and/or task groups that are generated following an admission to a program. Each standing task may be defined with a specific frequency and/or duration that will override the duration or frequency configured for the Task Definition or Task Group.

Field	Description
Program	Select the program for which standing tasks will be defined.
Selected Program Tasks	Selected Program Tasks is a display of tasks and task groups defined for the selected program.
Add/Edit/Remove Task	Choose whether to add a new Task or Task Group or edit an existing Task or Task Group associated with the standing task.
Task Type	Select whether the standing task is an individual Task Definition or a Task Group.
Task Group/Definition	Search for the Task Definition or Task Group to add as a standing task.
Select Existing Task Group/Definition	When editing or removing a Task or Task Group, choose the desired row to edit or remove from the list.
Frequency	Select a Task Frequency to override the default frequency for the standing task.
Duration	Enter the number of minutes, hours, days, or calendar days to override the default duration for the standing task.
Duration Units	Select whether the duration is in minutes, hours, days, or calendar days.
Update Program (Button)	Select to submit the addition/edit/removal of the selected Task or Task Group.
