Compile a State Form Batch

Specify how a state form batch is to be processed, including the start and end dates, file description, and whether to generate flags on compile. 

1. From the Select Batch dropdown, select a batch.
2. Enter a file description.
3. Under From Date and Through Date, enter the start and end dates for the batch to be compiled.
4. Under Generate Flag On Compile, select Yes or No.
5. For Create File, select Yes or No.
   • Note: If Yes is selected, please ensure that a file path is defined for the state form. A file path and file name can be added in the State Form Definition form. 
6. Click Submit.
