Create a State Form Batch

Bundle state forms into batches for simultaneous compilation.

Create a batch

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > State Form Tools > State Form Batch Creation
  2. Under Action select Create Batch.
  3. Under Batch Name enter a descriptive batch name.
  4. In the Entity ID Link field, select Yes or No.

Note: If Yes is selected, this will attempt to link all the definitions included in the batch by entity id. Any entity ids that are excluded from the record (e.g. due to a missing required field) will also be excluded from all subsequent definitions.

  5. In the Select State Form field, select a state form to include in the batch. Then click Add.
Result: The selected state form appears as the first entry in a numbered list under Batch Preview
  6. Select another state form to add to the batch. This enables the Position field as there are now multiple state forms in the batch.
  7. Select the position where the state form will be added to in the batch.

Note: If this field is left blank, the selected state form is added to the end of the list in the Batch Preview field.

  8. To remove a form from the batch, select the form in the Select State Form field and click Remove
  9. If you'd like to start over, click Clear All to remove all state forms from the batch.
  10. Click Submit to create the batch.

Note: You can also Edit a Batch and Delete a Batch from this form.
