Create a State Form Batch
Bundle state forms into batches for simultaneous compilation.
Create a batch
- Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > State Form Tools > State Form Batch Creation
- Under Action select Create Batch.
- Under Batch Name enter a descriptive batch name.
- In the Entity ID Link field, select Yes or No.
Note: If Yes is selected, this will attempt to link all the definitions included in the batch by entity id. Any entity ids that are excluded from the record (e.g. due to a missing required field) will also be excluded from all subsequent definitions.
- In the Select State Form field, select a state form to include in the batch. Then click Add.
Result: The selected state form appears as the first entry in a numbered list under Batch Preview. - Select another state form to add to the batch. This enables the Position field as there are now multiple state forms in the batch.
- Select the position where the state form will be added to in the batch.
Note: If this field is left blank, the selected state form is added to the end of the list in the Batch Preview field.
- To remove a form from the batch, select the form in the Select State Form field and click Remove.
- If you'd like to start over, click Clear All to remove all state forms from the batch.
- Click Submit to create the batch.
Note: You can also Edit a Batch and Delete a Batch from this form.
