System Data Tracking

RADplus SQL tables can be used to track myAvatar usage data and metrics. This enables a facility's IT and management staff to optimize their organization’s use of myAvatar .

  • IT staff can create reports using this data, and can make adjustments to optimize the application.
  • If appropriate, support staff can notify their facility of any critical deviations, in order to make recommendations for system optimization.

  • Admissions
  • Treatment plans
  • Claims
  • Discharges
  • User logins
